Good and Prompt Service

I have TaxSpanner for quite a while, but I recently decided to use their service as I got an IT response for incorrect filing. Once I purchased their plan, their service was prompt and they helped me with finding the root cause and filing the corrected ITR. After which I also purchased their full ITR filing service and got to know various tax saving options and they are helping me with NPS and other services. Would like to specially mention/thank Sonia Arora for her prompt response on each query of mine. If they can only work a bit on their pricing to keep it a bit competitive against other vendors, it would be great, as I feel they are a bit over priced as of now.
